I can't say enough good things about the Escala team! They did an excellent job on my driveway extension but the result is only part of the reason I'm writing this review.

I called Escala as well as a few other companies to get quotes. Every other company just came in, measured and left. The Escala team really listened to the vision I had for the whole yard. They helped develop a plan to do the full project in small phases, so that I could do what I could afford today (which we decided was this driveway extension) without my yard looking like a construction site in between phases. They also helped lay out what costs would be better to handle at once - like demolition - instead of milking me for those charges along the way.

When it was time to do the work, Alejandro was very communicative and right on schedule. I always knew when they were coming and going, and always got a rundown of what was going to happen during the day. The team was fast, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me aftercare instructions before leaving. They even pointed out a defect - a tiny crack that was so small I didn't even notice it... I still can't really tell that the defect is there but I really appreciated the upfront honesty! Alejandro personally followed up on all my questions after the project was finished.

The extra space has already made an impact and we are loving just this small addition that they made for us - we can't wait to get the rest of the yard done!
